[MCPE-170864] Player camera view slow when crawling

Issue : Player camera view slow when crawling.
Expected Results : Player camera view should not be slow, and should be the same speed as crouching player camera view.

Reproduce Issue :
1.Create a 2 block,then put a trapdoor.
2.Then click the trapdoor.

Observed Results : Player camera view slow when crawling.
