So I can't access marketplace, I can't create character at all nor use emotes or capes nor nothing since it just shows the blank/grey characters only and my coins don't load at all like to shop coins doesn't load

So I can enter Minecraft just fine. 

1st image, is obviously the start screen I can't access marketplace and gives me an error, on the right side my character doesn't load. 

2nd image, I am logged into my account so its weird why it does that (my friends tried helping me and thought it was because I wasn't logged in, they told me to restart my phone I did, they told me to uninstall Minecraft and install back in and it didn't work either)

3rd image, I'm in the character design area, it just shows the blank/grey characters and I can't click on the button "Create Character" it just doesn't even work at all..

4th image on the left corner you can see I changed area which is the emotes...and well you can see the emotes but there isn't any showing of the emotes and what emotes I want it just still shows the blank/grey characters..

5th image, this is the same exact image EXCEPT if you click on it on the right corner my minecoins currency doesn't show, I clicked it and well I have no coins but it lets you know if you want to buy some! No? And it has been like that

This problem has been around 2 days this is my third day now since I thought that yesterday was like a glitch or a lag nothing biggie since it happens to all apps! But I just don't like that it's going on like this...
