The shattered savanna biome is lush (it rains in it), but the biome color is not. This should be changed so that the biome color is lush, because the biome is lush. If this ends up being fixed, please do not make the biome dry. This issue affects all versions 1.19.40 and above.

As I stated on your previous report, the color is correct based on the fix to MCPE-34936.
If there is a bug here it is the fact that it rains in the windswept savanna. You may give feedback about the color at feedback.minecraft.net.
