Achievements are not recognized

Greetings, the error is the following:

When completing an achievement in survival mode, with the internet, Microsoft account and the achievements activated, it is not recognized.

From one moment to another the achievements stopped working, and even when creating another world, they are not recognized by Minecraft. The account is linked with Xbox and Microsoft, but does not show progress.

Please, if you can solve this problem, I thank you in advance, since the achievements are part of a better experience in the game. Thank you so much.
