When many multiple pistons are moving, the piston and blocks are very delayed when moving and the pistons start bugging out sometimes, the video shows an example of that.

In the video, the weird visuals is a result of a delayed/laggy update to the appearance of the blocks that are moved. At first you see the movingBlock animate the movement, then when the movingBlock gets replaced again by the actual block that was moved you see the block visually in its original position z-fighting with the extended piston head, then some time later its visual appearance updates to its server-side position.
In my experience there is more client-side lag or delay related to pistons and block updates in complex redstone builds in 1.20. In some cases regular blocks fail to render previously occluded sides as you move around them, but tile entities like pistons themselves continue rendering smoothly. I have heard from a few affected users, but have not been able to reproduce the issue by testing isolated parts of builds.
Could you provide more screenshots or video to show more the updating parts of the build that exhibits this lag?
