Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run/walk
2. Hold L2 (L2 = Use Item/Place block button)
Observed Results:
If you run and hold L2 to for example till the dirt, you will glitch through the block. Doesn’t happen just when tilling. I was holding L2 while running up those stairs and glitched through the block causing death. It happens also when just walking and holding L2 but is most frequent during run.
Expected Results:
I expect to not glitch through the block and die. I expect to be able to till or hold L2 without randomly being glitched.
Mojang claims this to be solved however it is not the case. You can still glitch through tilled blocks and any block for that matter if you click interact while running. Here is me dying to it. (Watch as of 38 seconds in) I am using a PS5, latest version of the game.

Does this happen only when holding food (MCPE-172198)? Does it happen only on realms/server, or on local worlds?

@GoldenHelmet - it happens on bedrock server and single player local world. It happens if holding anything in your hand or not. The combo of running and just pressing L2 seems to do it, no matter the world or anything in hand.
