Issues with Chunks Loading Properly on Realms

1: I've uploaded a few pictures below. You can see how chunks are loading very late or incorrectly. Especially in the snowy biome, the chunks have loaded incorrectly. You can see how individual chunks don't match the rest of the environment. The chunks loaded properly when I was flying with my Elytra, but then they disappeared, and completely wrong chunks loaded instead. Because of this bug, an entire biome in my survival world has been ruined.

2: When flying at a normal Elytra speed, the chunks can't keep up, and you end up hitting invisible walls because the chunks don't load in time. Sometimes, you have to wait for up to 10 seconds until the chunks finally load. Can you imagine how much wasted fireworks that is?

3: In one of the pictures, you can see how the world completely disappears in a straight line. This happened after I was searching for the new cherry blossom biome. (And no, the search for the biome was NOT fun because of the numerous bugs.) When I flew back to my base after the search, I saw what's shown in the picture. A straight line where the world stops generating. After about 5 seconds, I was shocked. The chunks loaded, but what I had built was gone. Instead of generating what I had built, fresh new chunks loaded normally. I was furious. And just when I was about to be disappointed after 10 seconds, a miracle happened. The new chunks disappeared, and the correct chunks loaded. And everything I had built was back. Wow.
