Summary:
Blocks broken by fluids (water/lava) do not produce particles or make breaking sounds.
In java, unlike bedrock, when placing lava / water in a block, for example with grass, particles and sound appear and the problem is only with flowing liquids MC-25976.
Steps to reproduce:
Place the grass.
Place water or lava in the same block space the grass is in.
Place the grass.
Place water or lava nearby.
Observed results:
Blocks broken by fluids do not produce particles or make breaking sounds.
Expected results:
Blocks broken by liquid (water or lava - flowing or directly placed) produce particles and make breaking sounds.
