The damage color is not the same as in Minecraft Java

Summary:

In both Minecraft Java and Bedrock Edition, when rtaking damage, the person hit turns red color for a short time, but the red color is different in both version

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch Minecraft Bedrock and Java Edition

  2. Hit a mob on both versions

Observed Results:

In Bedrock, the red color is strong, while Java damage color is a softer red. The damage color of the bedrock edition is very strong and can cause nausea in players, keeping them away from the game

Expected Results:

The Bedrock damage color should be as same as Java, softer, better to see

You reported a parity issue. We are only tracking parity issues that meet the following criteria on this bug tracker:

  • The feature behaves differently in one edition than in the other
