/effect doesn't have "infinite" time duration

When trying to set /effect command to last infinitely, there's no option to make it "infinite", despite that Java has that feature since 1.19.4. This would've been a great option for map makers, so the command doesn't have to repeat at every interval or putting a very large duration number on the status effect screen.

Step to Reproduce
1. Create a new world and enable cheats.
2. Set off the /effect command, for this example:
/effect @s regeneration infinite 0
3. See the chat box.

Expected Result
The effect can be applied and last for infinite amount of time, and shows ∞ in the status effect screen.

Observed Result
Syntax error, the effect cannot be applied.

I absolutely agree with you. On the Bedrock edition, almost all teams are neutered, and do not have the same potential as on the Java edition.
The same, the /fill command, on java you can put any limit of blocks that can be put, but there is no such thing on bedrock and there is only a maximum of 32 *** blocks that can be put.

Quite a long time ago you 'kind of' could have infinite duration, as it displayed that when you had a very long effect duration through a command. However it was changed to show a very long number and this does kind of ruin the way it looks, so yeah an official infinite duration would be great.
