Steps to Reproduce:
/give @s command_block
/gamerule commandblockoutput false(to prevent the message from flooding, unnecessary)
Place a command block, input"/summon elder_guardian_ghost", and put a button on it
Place another command block, input"/tp @e[type=elder_guardian_ghost] ~ ~1 ~", set the block type "Repeat", put a lever on it, and turn the lever on.
Press the button to summon.
Take a wooden sword out, and aim at the shadow (the living entity is invisible) on the command block. [Phenomenon 1]
Summon another one. Throw splash potion of healing a few times. Repeat step 6. [Phenomenon 2]
Phenomenon 1: Four strikes can kill it, which is work as intended because wooden sword cause 5 health at a time, and elder guardian ghost is 20 in health.
Phenomenon 2: It needs more than four strikes, which is a bug, meaning that elder guardian ghost's health can be more than 20.
Unfortunately, I don't know how to prove the max health is 3.4×10^38 without addon.
I guess the bug originates in the negligence of the upper limit of health in elder guardian ghost, because the number 3.4×10^38 is the upper limit of Single number.

Could you please explain what are you using to display the health of mobs? If it is an addon, could you please attach it here?

The addon can be used for free in Netease. The link in the note is a video to prove this. Besides, I have a way that doesn't need any addons, as you can see in the new uploaded video. Wooden sword is 5 in damage per strike, 4 strikes can kill. Using instant health, the ghost needs more strikes to die, which proves the bug exists, though it can't prove the exact maximum number.
The Elder Guardian Ghost is an internal entity (not data driven) that I think is used to display the mining fatigue animation. It believe it is not intended to function like a mob.
Could you please attach the addon you are using, or a world that uses this addon?

In fact, there is an addon showing health, but it is in China Edition. I don't think it is good for testing because downloading is unavailable in China Edition and China Edition is still in 1.18. However, I can provide a screenshot of the addon name. I think mojang can make an addon showing heath easily, right?

I also test in 1.20.20.20 Preview, which is same, but no video.
