[MCPE-172928] Cannot sleep with Skeleton Horse nearby

Appears to be a regression of MCPE-21956 with release of 1.20.10 . Can no longer sleep with Skeleton Horses nearby with message of "You may not rest now, there are monsters nearby"

Same as zombie horse.

Gamemode also affects. When peaceful, a player can always sleep.

Passed the two year anniversary of this bug last month. Any update on when this may get addressed?
