Iron Golemns stop spawning after one of the last updates, village is very big, with plenty of doors, beds, and work stations. Also i created a new world in creative, spawn villagers, beds and even doors (more than 10 for each), and no golem spawn

Yep, done that allready, and still nothing, village is very big, with multiple houses and job blocks. The golems always spawn correctly, but then they stop, without modifing the village
The villager must have slept in the last 20 minutes in order to spawn the golem.

This happens any time, been in that village for more than 5hs real word, and nothing happened, so yeah, they also sleep in the past 20 min, watches that myself. Also I built an iron golem farm and isn't working, jobs and beds assigned correctly. Only thing they spawns are cats. Villagers are breeding correctly
I cannot reproduce this. I converse almost every day with players who have working iron farms.
When a village spawns cats but not iron golems it means one of two things:
Not enough villagers are reaching their workstations during the day. At least 75% of the villagers must have worked during the past game day for the village to spawn golems.
The village has reached its cap of iron golems, which is equal to the number of villagers divided by 10 and rounded down. Sometimes the golems may have spawned in an unexpected, hidden spot such as a cave, depending on where the game located the village center.
Are your villagers linked to job blocks and can they access them? That is a requirement for golems to spawn. You might need to break and re-place blocks to check the linking.
