There is a compatibility issue with client PlayFab. This problem makes it impossible to load the character's skin, makes it impossible to connect to servers and friends' worlds. The problem also makes it impossible to load Realms, and several other things.
Other ways it was tried to solve was restarting Minecraft and logging out of the Microsoft account and logging back in. None of these options worked to resolve the issue.
