Foxes can't pick up equippable items (armor, mob heads, carved pumpkin, etc.)

Summary:
As of version 1.20.30.20, foxes cannot pick up equippable items (armor, mob heads, carved pumpkin, etc.). Prior to this version, they would pick them up but place them in armor slots, which is also a bug -> MCPE-153135.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Summon the fox.

2. Throw the fox an equippable item (armor, mob heads, carved pumpkin).

Observed results:
Foxes ignore the item.

Expected results:
Foxes will pick up the item.
