my sweet parror superseptic lived very far away from me so i used a nether portals to quickly travel to him, but, after going inside the nether, he can't get out anymore! I've made a copy of my world on creative and other parrots i spawn and tame are able to travel throught nether but the one i really really love cannot.

yes i've reloaded the world and it took me like 20 minutes to get to my home portal again after sending the parrot into the nether so i doubt it's the "delay period"

I could not reproduce, it must be specific to your world. Can you upload the world affected, or share in a shareable site if it's too big?
https://www.mediafire.com/file/lr18inxt8z577gk is my world, the green parrot seen on video was killed accidentally but there is one parrot left and its over a blackbrick wall behind the nether nether portal its colour is dark blue, there are also many other parrots but ignore those because those were only spawned for testing purposes
Can you un-sit the blue parrot? I couldn't and I think this is the main issue, because sitting parrots cannot move though nether portal. I was able to move her though, after making her fly towards me and through the portal, she later was in the overworld so that is possible, but I'm afraid she can't stand up or does not respond to right click.
Have you tried again after reloading the world or leaving the parrot out of the portal for at least 15 seconds? Mobs have a delay period where they cannot travel back through a portal after coming out of one. I think it is 15 seconds.
