Steps to Reproduce:
Load Minecraft Bedrock ** Preview (Build 1.20.30.22) on IOS
Attempt to login to your Microsoft Account, - Note: Leaving the screen produces the same result of the pink screen appearing
Repeat those steps, they are reproducible in the latest Release IOS Build: 16.6 (Device: IPhone 12)
Reproduced this bug after completing a hard-reset, and reloading app a couple of times, completed multiple attempted and successful sign-ins (Issue Reproduced). Furthermore, my device is in healthy condition, RAM, Battery, Storage, and etc.

Still an issue in 1.21.2 Hotfix and 1.21.20.23 Preview
For me, I reproduced the bug by clicking Sign in and then rotating my phone. Seemed to be a bug that rotation lock to vertical only was disabled when the sign in UI pops. Rotates back and locks back to vertical only when I cancelled signing in or successfully signed in.
Update: Cannot reproduce on iPad (iPadOS) but can reproduce on iPhone only as of 1.21.20.24 Preview.
Is this still an issue as of 1.21.23?

[media]This bug now guarantees a crash on 1.21.40.20 after reproducing.
Steps to reproduce (for me):
With Minecraft Preview open and Microsoft Account signed out, click "Sign in"
With the XBOX popup open, rotate your device
Expected result: the rotation is locked (which maybe unable to be done this way in my opinion as rotation can be locked even with the popup / window on Apple iPad (iPadOS) as mentioned in Note). Or at worst, when the game (app) was rotated, the UI won't show pink part
Actual result: game (app) rotates and the pink region is now smaller (might need some checking) in 1.21.40.20 but guarantees a game crash after some time, however the game won't crash until the phone's rotated
Note: This bug can't be reproduced on Apple iPad, and can only be reproduced on Apple iPhone. However for relating bug with pink screen on iOS (and iPadOS), please check MCPE-185373.
