Oh and I also don't know the right version. can you also tell me what the latest release of minecraft for windows is?
The latest release is 1.20.15 Hotfix. You do not need to access the save file folders. You can use the "Export World" button at the bottom of the the world settings menu.
However, this is not necessary. I can confirm the issue you are describing for Y = -105.
