When wearing the Eytra, the cape does not display

Hi) I see you are using the mod because you have a torch in off-hand. Will the problem persist if you disable all mods and texture packs? Also indicate which cape you are using.

Minecon2011,i use mod on yesterday but now i don't use it.

Please clearly answer:
Does this issue occur with all mods and resource packs disabled?
What cape are you trying to use?
