(PS4) Featured servers are still joinable when cross-platform play is disabled

As summarized, you can still join servers when cross-platform play is disabled. This has been an issue since the featured servers tab was changed in 1.16, but the button to join servers is likely supposed to be disabled like buttons in other tabs.
