When I break a bee nest in creative when it has no bees, it doesn't drop, but with bees, it does.
How to Reproduce:
Go to Creative mode. If you have no worlds, create a new one, and then go to creative.
Take a bee nest or find one and, in the first case, fill it with bees.
Break it.
What I expected to happen was:
Bees are released from the nest and get angry.
What actually happened:
Bees stay in the nest and the bee nest drops.

I reproduced the bug myself on version 1.20.15 at Windows 11 with both cases (nest has a bee or does not have one) and found out that when the nest has a bee , it is dropped , and when it does not , it is not dropped.
Turns out, bees are trapped. MC-160457 is WAI. If I break this in Survival without Silk Touch, then the bees get released. If there are no bees inside, then it can only be broken with Silk Touch, it cannot be broken in Creative. But once bees are inside, then it can be broken in Creative, and it drops itself. Seems like a WAI to me.

Were there bees inside the bee nests? Note that a bee hive or a bee nest should only drop when destroyed in creative if it has bees in it - MC-160457.
