Arrows snowballs and other projectile entities aren’t slowed down by cobwebs when they should
How to carry out:
Place down cobwebs in the air
Throw a projectile at the cobwebs
Expected result: the cobweb slows down the projectile
Given result: The projectile phases through the cobweb.
Fireworks are not affected by this bug

However, this issue is Invalid.

Most projectiles in the game move faster than 1 block/tick, so if they are travelling toward a single cobweb they are likely to never be ticked while inside of it. See MCPE-109423 and MCPE-152428.
