Sound files from the official Minecraft Vanilla Resource Pack are in .fsb format, which make them unplayable. When attempting to load them on Audacity, it says "Audacity did not recognize the type of file '[soundfile].fsb'."
If it helps, when importing files as raw data with encoding set to VOX ADPCM and the sample rate adjusted accordingly, you can kind of make out the sounds, but they're heavily bit-crushed and distorted. Trying to play scream2.fsb with a sample rate of 22050 Hz is a good example. It's about 46% the actual sound's speed.
There are some sounds that are exclusive to Bedrock Edition so I can't get those sounds by using the sounds from Java Edition's assets.
Not a bug, fsb is not supported to other software, please refer the file extension and find a software that who have support "fsb" audio file
