After curing my villagers multiple times the prices dropped to one emerald. I know this has changed in the new version, however my existing villagers have now changed their prices as well.
The prices for enchanted books have gone up to original price as well.

I have tried to reproduce the issue by updating an older world with villagers healed and their trades on a bookshelf discounted from 9 emeralds to 1. When I updated the world to newest version and entered, I saw the trade jumped in price, but to 3 emeralds.
Can you upload a photo/screenshot of the issue, showing the librarian level and their other available trades as well? Also, how old is the world the issue reproduces on?
This seems to be a result of the following change stated in the 1.20.30 changelog:
This change has removed the ability of villagers to store “stacked” discounts, so all discounted villagers get reset as if they had been discounted one time.
