I could literally upload over a dozen clips showing this happening. Maybe other players just assume it's a controller issue. 

Keeps on happening to me on PS5 on current version. Sometimes after days, sometimes immediately, they usually fall out of place and creep downward block by block, sometimes finding them at y-50 or so. Seriously annoying and bizarre behavior. 

Have this issue on PS5 too. Any water interaction is extremely loud, whether by player, mob or items.
