After a few minutes of playing, there is no animation when I mine certain blocks (dirt and logs from a tree mainly). The item is dropped normally, but is not picked up by the player as normal, instead the items float one or two blocks up before floating down again, and only is then picked up. Another issue that occured after starting a world is the sun going down and then jumping back to noon, before sinking again. This is repeated, so it's not night for a long while. Also mobs behave unusually, moving very slow and when I try to hit them, the hit is delayed and the mob not reacting to it.

I'm trying to find the primary MCPE for this issue regarding the update on 9/20/23 to 1.20.30 so that I can read the comments to know if what I have would add any insight. This should be a single issue across all platforms regarding significant issues with Mob Mechanics in this release. I'm on Xbox Series X and it is as if the CPU just can't keep up since the update. When I leave an area where there are significant villagers I seem to be able to have a more stable experience but there is still hesitation and interruptions. Reddit, twitter and many other social media comments have been pouring in since the update was released and all platforms have been affected. Is there a single MCPE number for this?
Seems the only one I have found is this one. MCPE-175424. I have noticed loads of complaints elsewhere on the internet, but haven't located more MCPE.
Correction - upon filtering issues more thoroughly – there are far too many duplicates in regards to bugs on the new update.

It would be better if they had an announcement or something acknowledging the issue. The votes would rocket through the roof....

I can confirm this! Since the new update came out, I have had many issues with lag when I hadn't before. Sounds lag behind as well as when breaking blocks and placing them. Movement is the same.
