[MCPE-17561] No Russian Language

I updated the game to 0.16. And now there are no more Russian language anywhere. Blank buttons, blank menu, no blocks and objects descriptions. And I can't type russian words on Sign.
I completely remove and reinstall the game - no result.

Can not confirm, it works fine to me.

May be a dervice issue that can be related to an upgrade on unicode fonts. I'm not a developer or mod so don't take my word for it.
