Whenever I spawned a villager or when I entered the village on a world, the world freezes and lags the game while villagers appeared in this village. Can anyone help fix the issue about villagers?
Steps to Reproduce:
When spawning a Villager:
Spawn a Villager using a Villager Spawn Egg
The Villager appears in the Village
The game lags when the villager appears
The game lag stops after a few minutes of lag time, letting the ticks to catch up
When entering a Village:
The Villager appears in the Village
The game lags when a villager appears
The game lag stops after a few minutes of lag time, letting the ticks to catch up
Other Impacts:
After the game lag stops, a player will not be able to attack zombies (even drowneds, husks, zombie villagers, and many illagers) when catching up while ticks are loading. Unfortunately, the zombie will kill the villager when the ticks are still catching up.

It has already been updated to the current version we in, but it still won't fix this bug. It still lags itself even in 1.20.31 update as of right now. I am using an automatic update setting for my Xbox for Minecraft.

I ran into more updates through 1.20.51, and it still receiving lag spikes from the villager when villagers interacting a bed, a bell, or a job site.

Can confirm, but the lag spike is short and only happens if you didnt spawn or saw any villagers after opening Minecraft
Creatures that spawn in a village are floating and then motionless, as if they first appeared in the world, unlike the Java version of the village that seems to have been running for a long time

This sounds like MCPE-175100. Have you updated from 1.20.30 to 1.20.31?
