[MCPE-176384] Copper group in creative inventory is disorganized

With the addition of new copper building blocks, the Copper group in the creative inventory is now a complete mess.

Before the new blocks, the group was always sorted by its different types:

Copper group in order (Original set)
Regular (Oxidation steps)
Regular (Waxed versions)
Cut (Oxidation steps)
Cut (Waxed versions)

However, with the new blocks, the group now arbitrarily puts a few types together instead of following any sort of pattern:

Copper group in order (Experimental)
Regular > Door > Trapdoor > Grate (Oxidation steps)
Regular > Door > Trapdoor > Grate (Waxed versions)
Cut (Oxidation steps)
Cut (Waxed versions)
Chiseled (Oxidation steps)
Chiseled (Waxed versions)
Bulb (Oxidation steps)
Bulb (Waxed versions)

Additionally, the waxed variants of the weathered chiseled copper and oxidized chiseled copper are swapped.
