Issue : Crafter pushed out the item a bit delay.
Expected Results : Crafter should pushed out the item immediately after flicking the lever.
Reproduce Issue :
1.Place crafter block.
2.Craft an item inside the crafter.
3.Put a lever to take the item out.
4.Flick the lever.

From what I experienced on my device, the delay is the same as in a dropper for example. Also, the texture of the block lights up on two corners of the block when the block detects redstone power, which it does so right away after switching the lever, so there is not any delay within the block reading signal itself. This seems like a WAI issue for me.
However, I noticed you having some significant lag on your device or on this world specifically. Have you tried to see if this reproduces the same on a new, flat world?

This works as intended, crafters have a 4 tick delay (0.2 seconds) after receiving a redstone signal.
