Unable to attack/hit entities in worlds created before 0.15.10. Only affects Pocket Edition.

Does this issue still affect the latest version? Please reply if it does.

(Also, could it be related to the weakness bug that was fixed a while ago? MCPE-10445 Drinking milk might help)
