Breezes do not avoid dangerous blocks when jumping

Summary

Same issue in MC-266490 

When pathfinding, breezes avoid hazardous blocks normally. However, they do not do the same when jumping around. The breezes they do not avoid some magma blocks.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a magma floors with 

   /Fill ~ ~ ~ ~30 ~-1 30 magma

1. Place non dangerous blocks to bottom of magma floors

2. Take breeze spawn eggs and then place breeze into non dangerous blocks

3. Try to set Survival gamemode

Observed Result

❌ The breeze cannot avoid dangerous blocks (Like magma blocks) after jumping

Expected Behavior

The breeze should be avoid any dangerous blocks after jumping
