Parity issue: no sound is played when a sheep is dyed

Duplicate of MCPE-150684.

on java edition since 1.17 a sound effect is played when dyeing a sheep, the same is not true on bedrock.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Spawn or find a sheep
2. Pick a dye from your inventory
3. Use it on the sheep

Observed Results:
No sound is played when dyeing the sheep

Expected Results:
A sound is played matching minecraft java edition
