[MCPE-177478] Tool is replaced with brush

I was clearing out a trail ruin and switched to my shovel to continue digging when it had been replaced with a copy of the brush I had just been using.

I dont know if It makes any sort of difference but this happened on a realm, I was able to recreate it using a wooden hoe and the same thing happened however I did not clip it
