No, but the problem here is in the Account menu and it only happen when offline.

The report is a bit similar but it a bit different from my report and the other one.

Have you recently used your device's "free up space" function? If so, the images you're expecting may have been deleted from your device, and if you're offline (i.e. disconnected from the internet) the game can't re-download them. In that case, this is the expected behavior.

Otherwise, if you temporarily go online while bringing up the screen in your screenshot, is the image displayed? If it is, you can go offline again and the image should still be displayed until you free up space again.

Please let us know whether this explains your experience. If not, what else can you tell us about what you see and what you expect?

So what I see is that when I go online it is still doesn't display it and also when offline. And my device isn't asking me to free up some space.

I just noticed from your screenshot that your computer has Remote Connect enabled. Are you trying to run the game through a remote connection? Doing that would involve a complicated array of multiple computer user identities, Microsoft Accounts, and Xbox accounts, which could be causing this problem. Can you reproduce the problem with Remote Connect turned off?

but i didn't enable it.

I didn't have the Android version when I commented in December. I have acquired it now and can see that the Remote Connect option isn't what I thought it was, so ignore what I said in my earlier comment.

I am now able to reproduce your issue. I can confirm it, but first let me explain why I don't think this is a valid bug. Your Xbox profile picture is part of the Xbox Live network. It's created outside of the game, can be changed outside of the game, and is stored on the Xbox Live servers. The game tries to display it on the Accounts settings page only as a convenience, to make it easy to recognize which Xbox profile you're using. But since it's stored on the servers, the game has to download it before it can display it, and if you're offline it can't do that.

You might think that the game should store a copy of the picture locally and display the cached copy when offline, but I'm not sure that's a good idea. For one thing, if you changed the picture using your Xbox profile (e.g. via the web page), the cached copy would be outdated, so showing it could be misleading or confusing. Another reason is that when you're offline, you're not connected to the Xbox Live network so your Xbox profile isn't actually being used for anything. It's reasonable to think that Mojang intentionally uses the gray default icon to indicate that you aren't connected to the Xbox network, which would mean that what you think of as a problem is actually designed to happen this way.

I have modified the Summary and Description to clarify the issue and to include the necessary step of ensuring that the game is being played offline. I can submit it to the devs in this form if you want, but I expect that if I do, (1) they won't do anything with it for quite a while, because it has no real impact on gameplay, and (2) when they finally do take action on it, it will just be to tell us the game is working as intended. If that happens, we'll just close this report and nothing will be changed. Alternatively, if you now understand and agree that this probably isn't a bug, I can just resolve the report now and avoid adding unnecessary work for the devs. Just let me know which you prefer.

Thank you for the quick response. MCPE Mod Auldrick .
Please take note : Case can be resolve.
Thank you very much.

Best Regards, StarJourney and have a nice day.

Closing per the report author's instruction. It is believed that this is working as intended, however I have no corroboration from Mojang that this is true.
