This bug should be fixed as soon as possible.
It would be faster to have it looked at.↓
By the way, this bug sometimes works properly. Also when stacking blocks.
There were many comments saying that this bug does not occur, so I verified it.
When I tested it in a normal world, this bug did not occur.
This video was shot in Realms, so this is a bug that occurs in Realms.
Also, this is my first time posting a bug, so please be kind.

I tried to reproduce this issue on Windows 11 in 1.20.50. I gave myself a netherite pickaxe with Efficiency I, Unbreaking III, and Mending, and used commands to give myself Speed, Haste 2, Jump Boost, and Resistance effects. Then I stacked redstone ore up to Y=226, got into Survival mode, and started mining. I didn't slide around the top like you did at all, it worked exactly as it should.
Can you suggest anything else that I might need to do to reproduce this? Exactly what do you mean by a "lucky ice ax"?

@Auldrick In my opinion, the lucky ice ax is netherite pickaxe he has that is enchanted with Fortune 3
relates to REALMS-9874
I tried again on Realms, this time adding Fortune 3 to the pick. I still couldn't reproduce it, possibly because I have a fast internet connection.
It does look like what's happening is very similar to REALMS-9874 and I think this might be the same problem. I'm therefore going to close this ticket as a duplicate, and I recommend that you watch REALMS-9874 for progress and a fix. However, I'll continue to monitor this report. If you are able to reproduce the issue and can export a copy of the world and attach it here, I'll try to reproduce the issue again and if it turns out to be something different, we can reopen this ticket again.
This also happens when jumping and placing blocks underneath
