[MCPE-177931] Ladders cannot be attached to solid walls of other blocks

Ladders cannot be placed on the solid part of other blocks, such as open trapdoors and backs of other ladders as in Java Edition.

However, torches can be attached normally...

I believe this is a specific problem with ladders.
