The "xal" folder is in the wrong location when using application storage

Previously when using application storage the "xal" folder was generated in "/data/user/0/com.mojang.minecraftpe/games/com.mojang/"

Comparison video table between versions

As shown in the comparison table, it is noted that this did not occur in 1.20.30.21 beta while it did in 1.20.30.22 beta. And this is never seen in the change log.

Steps to Reproduce:

Part 1, recreate the issue

1. Enter in minecraft bedrock

2. select application storage in settings > storage > file storage location > "Application" (currently it doesn't matter which storage is selected due to MCPE-178354, I still recommend following this step since this report focuses on application storage)

3. be signed in to your account microsoft

4. Close minecraft bedrock

Part 2, Issue verification

1. have the device rooted and use a file explorer and allow root access

2. check if the folder is found in the corresponding location "/data/user/0/com.mojang.minecraftpe/games/com.mojang/"

Expected result:
the "xal" folder is located in "/data/user/0/com.mojang.minecraftpe/games/com.mojang/" when using application storage.

Observed Results:
the "xal" folder is located in "/data/user/0/com.mojang.minecraftpe/" when using application storage.
