Biome names in command output messages are not translated

Description:
Biome names in /locate biome command output messages are not translated and seem to display as biome IDs, which is different with /locate structure command output messages.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Change game language to a non-English language

  2. Use /locate biome command to locate a biome

  3. Observe output message

Observed Results:
The biome name in command output message is not translated.

Expected Results:
The biome name in command output message should be translated.

This seems to be confirmed with Chinese Language as a same issue. 

This is a feature request.

In Java Edition, this is also not translated, and is supposed to appear as raw translation string.

@@unknown: However, in Bedrock Edition, structure names in /locate structure command output messages are translated. Similarly, biome names in /locate biome command output messages should also be translated.

In Java Edition, biomes and structures located is all not translated in output.

Maybe it's Bedrock's work to use raw translation strings in /locate structure so as to make Parity with Java.

But I also hope they'll be translated to make more players understand.

In Java, even though the biomes have a translation key, they are not used in the locate command, idk why, maybe is a bug or something similar in Java.
