I can reproduce what @Invisible826 said. Heavy core can also be obtained without pickaxe in Bedrock Edition. This is not a parity issue.
Turtle Egg was added in Java Edition 1.13 and Bedrock Edition 1.5.0. Also, zombies and their variants can attack turtle egg since Java Edition 1.13 and Bedrock Edition 1.5.0. This is not 1.15 change.
