[MCPE-231503] Vibrant Visuals setting is not available on Android devices using newer Mali-G1-Ultra series GPUs

i can’t enable vibrant visuals on my Vivo x300 pro phone, it has a mediatek dimensity 9500 with 16GB of ram and a the Mali-G1-Ultra MC12, so it should be supported

Can confirm this issue, Similar affected on Oppo Find X9 Pro (PLG110), Mediatek Dimensity 9500

To reproduce this issue from MCPE-232170

Open the settings then go to video section
Swipe down to graphics mode and observe this issue

Observed result: Mali G1 Ultra is incompatible with Vibrant visuals

Expected Behavior: The Mali G1 Ultra GPUs would be compatible with Vibrant visuals, Same as other stronger Mali GPUs (Mali-G720, Mali-G615)
