Heavy core can be obtained without pickaxe

From my testing in 1.21.0.20, Bedrock Edition will also drop an item when mined without a pickaxe now.

I'm not sure it's intended or not. Quoted from the 1.21.0.20 changelog:

The Heavy Core now has pickaxe as its preferred tool, and its destroy times have been adjusted

I can reproduce what @Invisible826 said. Heavy core can also be obtained without pickaxe in Bedrock Edition. This is not a parity issue.

Per MCPE-180444, should be also closed as Works As Intended.
