[MCPE-182200] Killing a tamed wolf drops no experience

Steps to Reproduce: Summon a wolf, use bones to tame it and kill it.

Observed Results: There's no experience.

Expected Results: There are 1-3 experience like in Java Edition.

Can confirm. However, it seems a parity issue introduced before Java Edition 1.15 / Bedrock Edition 1.14.0, so may be invalid.

I'm reopening and confirming this since cats properly drop experience regardless of tamed status in bedrock (and java)
