When you click the create button in the new create world UI, it takes a long time for the button to actually do something. I will hit the button multiple times, but nothing happens for a while. Then after several seconds, it will finally work. Watch the video to understand what I'm talking about.
Update: This seems to happen longer if you have a shader pack under resource packs for the world when you click create.

I cannot reproduce this on Windows in 1.20.80.21. This might only affect certain platforms, such as Android/ChromeOS/iOS.
