Some items are at the top are bottom of your screen and not in hand, at the top I found hanging roots, and at the bottom I found, tipped arrows, wither rose, music disc, and chains, cake, mushroom fishing rod, both campfires, brewing stand, cauldron, both item frames, pot, charcoal and coal, string, and Redstone repeater, maybe more. (This is a different bug then MCPE-178469) as these items don't lock your camera there just not in your hand.
Steps to Reproduce
While playing get one of the above items
observe that the texture is broken either being at bottom or top of screen and not in hand
Expected Result
Items should be in your hand like all other items.
Observed Result
Items are floating above or below to the side of your hands.

Hello No, this one is different from that bug, I actually made a report for that bug as well here MCPE-178469. This bug is filed as different because it is. I will try to describe better here, so when you get an item like hanging roots or dripstone there not in your hand at all they are at the floating either above or below were there supposed to be if you look at the attached image of the music disc (one of the blocks that have this problem) you can see it all the way towards the ground. It is not dropped on the ground I had it equipped in my hotbar, the bugs you linked are related to items being positioned wrong in hand, this bug is about items not even being in your hand but floating at the bottom or top of your screen when equipped.

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Won't Fix.
Please note that this is not the same as Working as Intended, as this bug report correctly describes behavior in the game that might not be the intended or desirable behavior, but it will not be fixed right now. Sometimes, this is because the issue reported is minor and/or impossible to change without large architectural changes to the code base.
