Steps to Reproduce:
Import any resource pack with PBR capabilities;
Enable the experimental toggle for Render Dragon features;
Switch rendering mode to "Deferred Technical Preview";
Set Shadow Quality to Medium or higher so point light shadows are enabled;
Try either of the following scenarios:
Place a block at least 4 blocks off the ground, then place a torch on one of its sides.
Place a block with a shadow smaller than a full block at least 3 blocks off the ground, then place a torch on top of it.
Observed Results:
The light that hits the ground has a circular shape with hard edges and a larger square shadow around it.
Expected Results:

As of 1.20.70.22 Preview, the distance required to see this issue is now > 3 blocks instead of 2, but it's still present.
Preview 1.20.70.22 - Medium Shadow Quality doesn't seem to be affected. High or Ultra settings however causes the circles to appear once again
