game freezing

my game freezes constantly. the freezes only last like 2 seconds, and it happens everytime;

1. a mob spawned

2. taking damage

3. blocks destroyed

4. explosions

5. dying

and for each one, it has a cooldown, for example: i was attacked and my game freezes, i was attacked again nothing happened. but minutes later it happen again
