This bug exists quite a lot of time, for some reason if you try to get out of water by holding the space key (jumping), you will continue to lose oxygen even if you are outside water.
How to reproduce the issue:
Swim inside water
Hold the space key (Jump) until you get out
Expected result: You shouldn't lose oxygen
Observed result: You lose oxygen.
