When we play split-screen, only with 2 players, the second player's controller will cause the game to pop up the 'join as player 3' message on both screens. This was there during our entire play session last night, as has been an issue in the past. We only had 2 controllers on, and when pressing start on player 2's controller, the profile menu to select for player 3 was opened. We have also had problems where the second player joins, but the game does not respond to the controller. Again, we only have two controllers on so there is no issue of the wrong controller.

Yes, I actually experienced it again today playing on the latest version available on Xbox. I should add that the main menu also has issues when two controllers are on; it allows me to move up and down with my controller, but I cannot select anything. It’s fixed when my mum turns her controller off though.
