Note that this is an old bug from long ago that still is around to this day.
Ways to replicate (already shown in video):
1. Place two Sticky Pistons facing in one direction, one at the back that's placed right behind the one in front.
2. Set a Repeater setup similar to that on Java: 2, 4, 0.
Expected results: Functions similar to that on Java.
What really happened: Randomised Piston and Repeater timings.

Randomized update order for repeaters is not a bug, it is an intended feature in Bedrock Edition. See MCPE-16371.
