Random redstone timings (Old bug)

Note that this is an old bug from long ago that still is around to this day.

Ways to replicate (already shown in video):
1. Place two Sticky Pistons facing in one direction, one at the back that's placed right behind the one in front.
2. Set a Repeater setup similar to that on Java: 2, 4, 0.

Expected results: Functions similar to that on Java.
What really happened: Randomised Piston and Repeater timings.

Randomized update order for repeaters is not a bug, it is an intended feature in Bedrock Edition. See MCPE-16371.

First off, why exactly is this intended? Random Redstone timings make my Redstone very hard to overcome this difficulty. They technically aren't hard to understand if you know the fundamental basics, but this so called "intended feature" makes it seem otherwise...
